MEET OUR TEAM
Suzanne Grande joined Partners in 2014 to lead its Commercial Division, bringing over 28 years of real estate experience including land acquisition and entitlements. Suzanne prides herself in her
negotiation skills, ability to anticipate and mitigate issues before they arise, and maximizing her
client’s profits.
Lorie Liddicoat is a 4th generation Stockton native and joined the team in 2016 and specializes in creative and strategic marketing and comes with a strong marketing background with over five years with CBRE, Inc. As well as over five years of experience in online marketing from SPG Solutions, Lorie prides herself on taking quick action to drive results in her client’s best interests. Lorie is a member of North Stockton Rotary and believes in the “Service Above Self” work ethic, and is deeply involved in the betterment of her home community.
