What to Expect:

• You will be interviewing students in 10-minute rotations 
• We will provide rubrics and a list of interview questions
• During the 10 minutes you will interview the student and provide feedback
  • let students know their strengths and what they can work on

• Provide students the opportunity to practice their interviewing skills 
• Allow students to interact with local business professionals to give them a real-world experience 
• Students receive constructive feedback from these local professionals
