STAART Billboard Unveiling at the City of Manteca

Join us and the Manteca Chamber of Commerce for a blue ribbon cutting and unveiling ceremony of the new STAART billboard in the City of Manteca!

The purpose of the STAART (Stockton Takes Action Against Retail Theft) program is to address the serious epidemic devastating our business community, costing our business community a tremendous amount of money, time, and future revenue. As part of the program, there are billboards around the county which promote that the San Joaquin community is watching.
