Join the Stockton Chamber for the blue ribbon cutting of the billboards for the STAART program!
The purpose of the STAART (Stockton Takes Action Against Retail Theft) program is to address the serious epidemic devastating our business community, costing our business community a tremendous amount of money, time, and future revenue. As part of the program, there are billboards around the county which promote that the San Joaquin community is watching.
