II 7 Keys to Internal Team Conflict Resolution (40 minutes)
Conflict on teams is going to happen. The key is in how the team members work with one another through the conflict quickly and effectively to keep productivity and efficiency high. Conflict causes inefficiency, rework and waste. Understanding how to keep your people aligned beyond conflict allows for greater profitability long-term.
Cindy Delgado will be our guest speaker. She is the co-owner of Dale Carnegie of San Joaquin along with her husband, Victor Delgado. For over 20 years, Cindy has been working with companies to enhance team effectiveness by providing Dale Carnegie and other tailored solutions and assessments for organizations. Join us to learn how you can maximize team effectiveness for your company.
