California Telephone Access Program Distrubution
The California Telephone Access program (CTAP) is designed to offer FREE specialized telephone equipment to individuals who have trouble communication through regular phones. A CTAP representative will be on hand to screen individuals who are interested in applying and phones will be available to take home this day.
